The OTH platform provides a complete turnkey solution for any healthcare institution, which seeks cost savings, removal of bottleneck and scalability without requiring any additional resources. Our program includes complete deployment, configuration, training, and implementation support and is supported by our HyperCare program that alleviates all short term bottlenecks inside and outside of the client organization.


To offer a cohesive 360 image of individual health, the HEP supports more than 40 assessment forms, which interact with context-relevant feedback people at home. Measurement data may be entered using Bluetooth-enabled medical devices, but direct cloud-to-cloud is possible, and even manual input can be used if the form of measurement is not assisted by Bluetooth. (In other words, sit-to-stand reps etc.)

Patient journey and experiences are developed by the organizations own clinicians, using the branching logic authoring tool to create the exact right protocol for the patient groups in question.



The OTH Health Engagement Platform

  • A clinician web portal allowing healthcare professionals to plan experiences, receive feedback and responses, and display and evaluate patient health data. This will allow you to ensure proper care on behalf of the patient, if appropriate, but will also allow you to facilitate video meetings with the patient.
  • A reference APP for the patient, which uses a unique clinical workflow to guide the patient through capturing measurements, and providing diagnostic answers, as well as describing symptoms. (Source code available for premium partners)
  • A large variety of connected measurement devices.
  • Open FHIR API’s for seamless integration with existing EMR
  • Open APIs’ to receive data from 3rd party APP’s
  • An optional central data repository with IHE-XDS, HL7-CDA, and REST interfaces.
  • OpenTeleHealth supports secure data exchanges between relevant entities, and can provide operational management necessary to implement and use the solution.

The OTH platform offers the clinicians to combine physical parameters as well as contextual information from the patient – protocol is designed via visual programming by the clinicians in charge of the patient group.

Even within disease areas like COPD, we see different protocols as the need for data varies from hospital to hospital.

The visual editor can bring about any relevant protocol for the cohort of patients in quesiton. And many parallel cohorts are supported.
